I have a few toms left in the blowaways to pot on and they have been left open, pegged over with net curtains to shade them. I've come home from work today and the wind has taken out some of the pegs resulting in the toms being in full sun all day. The top leaves of the plants (nearest the plastic roof) are very, very, crispy, but the lower leaves are all ok. Do I pot these on, or compost them? I wouldn't ask if it was the lower leaves, but it's foxed me a bit with it being the leaders. They're only just setting one truss of flowers.

I agree. I wouldn't give them up at this stage.Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.
