    I pulled mine saturday, and they have been out in the sunshine on a sheltered table since.
    They should come with papery skins already on the outside....just a day or two should dry them out enough.

      Garlic harvest 2010

      Took our overwintered garlic out today, its only just flopped over, so its rather late this year, but 140 + nice bulbs of garlic, and a few whoppers, methinks I'll have to enter the GYO Virtual Veg Show this year!

        i pickled some of ours the other day as bought a jar from an agricultural show last year and hubby thought it was wonderful. cant wait to try it in a few weeks when it's had a chance to mature
