I mist spray my toms, sometimes a few times a day on very hot days. It keeps the plants less stressed and keeps the humidity up, which helps fruit setting and also keeps red spider at bay a little. I never get trouble with leaf scorch on older plants.

'Twas down to 2.6 here last night - 4.6 in the greenhouse. I close all windows and the door at night still, but open all up in the day.
