Silly PSB question

How do you harvest it? I've eaten the central sprout and now there are lovely shoots down the stem. Do I cut the stem of just break off the shoots?

Break off the shoots. This way your cropping season lasts much longer.

Agree with Suky, except I cut mine with the little knife that lives in my pocket when I'm at the lottie.
