I need ideas, space in my polyhouse to use up

I have a 4x2x2 meter Polyhouse. Its very hot inside

We already have untold tomatoes, also some peppers, and mang tout (they dont need to be indoors I know but mine are 5 foot tall now!!)

Anyway, I am looking for ideas for what else I could plant as late as now, June, and make good use of the space we have left over.

NB - I am not a massive fan of aubergine or Courgette.

hello nomis, i have also have space in polytunnel so been through all my seeds today and tomorrow im going to sow pak choi, swede, chinese cabbage, carrots, radishes, mustard greens and oriental spicey leaf if thats any help and some more lettuces, hopefully someone else can shed some light

Thanks, I have some pak choi and khol rabi seeds so I will consider those options!

I would do more peppers but I really fear cross breeding.

Someone else told me to go for some Melons. I'm checking now for seeds.

i have way to many peppers and chillis yes i have melons in my polytunnel, i bought some melon outdoor wonder which to be honest aint doing to well but a few months back i dried out some seeds from shop bought melon and are doing fantastic and growing far better than seeds bought

You could use it as a fast growth push for stuff that'll take longer outside if that makes sense.
Stuff like salad leaves/pak choi/mizuna etc, that don't need the heat,but will grow really fast so you get a fast turnover, and can re-plant more often.

The friend I'm sharing the polytunnel with planted some pak choi/mizuna etc,I didn't say anything about it being a cooler weather crop,and good job I didn't because there were usable heads in a couple of weeks before they started bolting.

Sorry, I'm not explaining this properly am I?

Taff, yes that makes sense. I guess thats why my mang tout are double the size of other peoples outdoor ones! The pods develop huge peas too, quite quickly.

I stuck in a spare growbag last night with a row of Khol Rabi and a row of beets Once they harvest I will reverse the positions when replanting.

Yup! Pollen from one onto 'other bit'** of other creates seed for the next generation. This can be a problem with cucumbers, I think, as some male flowers can cause bitterness in the fruit but peppers etc are not affected as far as I am aware.
