I have few plants of Coure Di Bue variety, however i am not able to find out over the google that if this variety requires side shooting, does anybody has any experience with it.. The plants are quite healthy with many shoots..

They're an indeterminate cordon I think. Best to remove the sideshoots, just because they take a long time to mature. I know they dont bother in italy, or at least where my family are they don't, but then, they have the weather to leave them be sprawly everywhere and still get a good harvest.
