  • Courgette Problem

I've got a courgette plant in a pot with 4 flowers on it. I have just noticed blackfly on the flower nearest the soil. Help What can I do?

Can you cut them off and bin them before they start to spread? Or just squash them?

The flowers only last a few days at best, so if when they go, the blackfly go, problem gone.

Please ignore everything I say, I make it up as I go along, not only do I generally not believe what I write, I never remember it either.

Many thanks for that reply. Hopefully they will disappear

Scrape them off with your finger and thumb and squish the little b*******

Don't be tempted to ignore them: they are born pregnant, and will quickly get out of control.
