Tomato Feed Strong Ammonia Smell

I had half a bottle of tomato feed left from last year,
just took the lid off and the smell of ammonia is very strong
don't think it was like that last time i used it.

Should I bin it or use it, not sure if it matters to the tomatoes.

Bin it. It will only last a season and only then if kept in cool conditions. It should be replaced each year.
