I have my swiss chard bright lights edging my the front of my raised beds as I think they are really pretty with the lovely coloured stems.
Problem is, they have all gone brown! The leaves are just looking very dead. I have some in one bed in front of my brassicas and some in another in front of my french beans. The ones that are squashed in another non-rasied bed behind a wall, are huge (albeit slug munched).
The raised beds are on a south facing slope with no shade. Could if be too much sun? Or wind? Or not enough water?
The ones behind the wall are protected by a south facing wall, so are rather shaded.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks
Natalie
