What's this all about? Will they both grow into proper tomatoes? I'm guessing not

I've got twins but slightly different as they are two completely seperate cherry tomatoes off the same flower. Although I do have two money makers with phallus like appendages.
Here's Tommy the duck shaped tomato (my now 6yr old named him) which we grew 2 years ago - tasted very nice .

That's a definite contender for this year's deformed fruit/veg' competition!

On a different weird tomato note, I've had one this year that is setting no fruit. It's supposed to be a gardener's delight, but has millions of flowers like those hundreds and thousands types. Except that the fruit doesn't set. Either the flowers are dropping or they are stopping at pin head size. The 20 odd other plants are fine.
Any thoughts (before I bin it and use the pot for one of the rather tired looking spares, or pehaps a bonus pepper)?
