I just saw this and thought - yes this is something I'd like to know and I think it was well answered by those who knew.
The petulance displayed by the questioner was unnecessary and clearly they were not brought up with the ethos that manners cost nothing but can 'buy' you an awful lot of respect and favours going forward.
Glad that poor manners as well as spamming etc will get a ban.

Pulled up a great big one the other day and had it for my tea with some carrots, very nice it was too!
