To the original question, I still have some in rootrainers to go out and they will go in the bed where I plan to put a fleece cloche to give them and a few other things more of a chance if winter starts early.

I think i'm about the same as you guy's. I have a tray full of leeks that need to go in, i was gonna get round to doing it this weekend, but the weather has put a stop to that idea.
Not a bad thing though, the rain will hold the soil together when i make the holes for dropping them in.
