My Tomato problem

Hi Guys, and Gals of course.
I don't have blossom end rot, but very strange shaped tomatos, I'm not very good at this but I will try and insert an image, then maybe someone can tell me what the problem is, if it's serious, and what I can do about it and if the tomatos are still usable?

Are they a San Marzano type I have grown these and had some weird shapes

Did keep the packet after all, the variety is Costoluto Fiorentino, but I have to say the one's in the Garden room don't look quite as nice as the one's on the picture, and yes some of the tomatos seem to be growing smaller tomatos similar to the vine tomato you pointed me to. So how can I tell now if there is anything wrong with them?

Mine look very similar; Mrs TK was not impressed with them.

Mine are similar; but still all in one even though they are very bubbly...so to speak....

Can't remember where the seeds were from but definitely not a freebie from GYO
