Heya, probably another weird question for folks!
I've gotten to the stage now of shelling most of my beans (which are nice and dried and rattle-y), but I am finding that the seed casing on the beans themselves is often split from the centre (eye bit) to about halfway across the width of the bean. This has happened for around half my crop so far. Will these still dry fully and store and be usable for eating and/or seed or should I just throw the split ones?
