Frozen fennel

We had a heavy frost last night & my florence fennel look very droopy.
Should I pick them, leave them, or kick myself for not picking them sooner as they are ruined?

I would pick them and get them in from the cold. They usually go pretty mushy in the frost but if you grate them then freeze them you might be able to have some to add into soups etc.
