No sign of mine but I know (hope!) that this lovely frost will be working its magic

Yup! First two rows are two inches tall, at least! I think the rest are hibernating.

I planted our garlic in October and only 2 of the 90 ish cloves have shown their heads. It was pretty cold though unlike last year when I bunged em in in September and we had that warmish weather in October which set em all off.

Mine made a small appearance and probably wished they hadn't, covered in snow, now frozen into ice.

.....I haven't put mine in yet for various reasons - once this overly cold snap clears and I can get a fork into the soil, do you think its too late, I assume I'll get them in before Christmas??

I too have been waiting to put mine in. as soon as the snow has gone, in they'll go!

start them in pots and then plant em out when you can

Mine were really slow to show themselves (in modules) and now only half a cm tall at most
