winter cabbage and winter cauliflower, are they goners?

hey i planted these plants a couple of months ago and they were doing well, now all this snow and frost have hit and they are pretty much covered.
Do you reckon they will last, or are they gone for good? and if not what can i do to keep them alive

Generally winter greens can cope. Snow is an insulator. I've just harvested a handful of parsley by scraping back the snow and it was in great condition.

its my first year growing winter veg and i too am a bit concerned that my veg wont survive the frosts and snow. however im hoping they are hardy varieties and i will be harvesting cabbages in early spring!

I have winter cauliflowers and purple sprouting brocolli that look frosted just now and are surrounded by snow but they were the same last year and we had some lovely brocolli in the spring so I am hoping they will make it - fingers crossed.

Oh i am not sure of the variety sorry, but fingers crossed they live then going from these comments =)
just a shame aswell as my cauliflower had a nice big head on it and i was stupid to try and let it get bigger with out realising the snow was coming

If they are winter varieties then they should survive the cold and snow without any problems.
