    ...Okay, I've been researching...
Lunar Organics, say that on days when there are eclipses, conjunctions or oppositions, it is best to do nothing in you garden or allotment...but maybe its alright if you're doing it in your kitchen. Either way, I'm very interested in the results, and may just invest in a moon planting calendar.

Well, it's not the eclipse until tomorrow so phew!

I think doing a trial as a cynic is fab! Just to see the results.

Ours is going to sit in the office at Ryton - it will be interesting to see how they grow as apart from sowing, I will be out of the office most of the time and it will be the other people in the office that water them.

Am I being a bit thick here , but as I read it there was a difference between the moon waxing and waning. So I thought I sowed last week when the moon was waning and then after the new moon (Which is tomorrow on my calender) when its waxing. I can't sow mine before tomorrow anyway but please correct me if I'm wrong ......

According to my info you sow root crops when the moon is waning.

Very interesting indeed, and I also treated myself to a Moon Planting book and wall planner. I've been reading up on it over Christmas.

...And the Blog is now updated too. Coor, I'm really getting into this!
