Every time i go out to a shop or garden centre, I always end up with seeds in the basket, not quite sure how and why, and the box they are in at home keeps getting larger!

I'm up to 4 Jacobs biscuits for cheese biscuit boxes full of seeds. Dare not count them. Two magazines this month had free seeds to send away for. And looking through the mags at some of the new seeds available you just have to send away to try them don't you?

        buckets of fun

i have to admit to 4 of those chicken pellet tubs, all full, some seeds going back quite a few years, but last year i started off some asparagus seeds that would be 5/6 years old,got 50% plus germination,so every time i promise to have a clearout, only a few go,im kevin and i too am a seed addict...

I have about 4 or 5 tubs (the ones with the clicky lids from the £1 shop) which are neatly arranged in the following themes: extra veg to exchange; veg to grow for myself; flowers (and weeds!) for the tortoise to eat; tender annuals/perennials for summer pots; hardy annuals & perennials.

No doubt the shops will start putting out their new stock soon. Don't know how I'll resist!
