  • Feeding Seedlings?

    Hi
When and if should you feed seedlings? I'm thinking of ones which have been repotted on from modules and waiting in the greenhouse to go out in the garden.
    best wishes

I think they get enough goodness from the fresh compost they were potted into and you don't need to feed them.

I expect there will be more experienced grapes along soon to put me right

          Thanks
You're too modest StG, thanks, another worry put to rest, now all I have to do is bundle my little darlings up against the promised frost and snow next week.
          best wishes

Depends on what the seedlings are.Toms stay in their 3in pots until about 8in tall and setting first truss before ready to go out.I know last year was advised by another grape(maybe Nick?) to feed the toms.If courgettes Have to be repotted several times cos of bad weather I start feeding them with tom feed once in 8/10 in pot.
