Er... spinach spinach? It's green, bolts easily and Popeye used to eat it.
The problem with rounded personalities is they don't tesselate.

Every time I've grown it, it bolts after about 1 minute. I googled and according to those random question/answer sites spinach is not a brassica and is part of the er spinach family - or according to another, the leafy green family. I would just pop it in anywhere and it should be fine. Have you tried perpetual spinach? That, I believe is the same family as beets and chard and doesn't bolt as easily.
