    Did you know its old name is knitbone. I used it as a salve years ago in my son's eczema - cleared it in three days and not a steroid in sight. It is a great beauty salve for quick cell regeneration.

      I got mine off ebay -the bocking 14 variety -chucked it bout an inch down in a 3" pot -took bout 3 weeks to pop through-i got giddy!!!

        Got mine from Thompson & Morgan, 5 pieces of root for about £5 or £6 delivered.
