when can plants go in unheated greenhouse

iv started seeding got spring onion lettace cherry toms and busy lizzies started them of about 5 days ago in my airing cupboard and there all ready up can i put them in greenhose with fleeces over thanks

The short answer is ....no. Bit too cold with overnight frosts. You may get away with putting them in the greenhouse if it's a sunny day, but bring them in at night. Failing that, put them on a windowsill with a tinfoil raised collar around the 3 sides away from the window to provide extra light to stop them going leggy. Keep the compost damp but not wet. They need to get used to the drop in temperature from a very warm airing cupboard before you subject them to the arctic greenhouse

I wouldn't put your toms in there. I think you will be fine with lettuce, definitely spring onions not sure about the BL.
I have all my onions family plants in the greenhouse once they are up and through. All my brassicas are in there, as are my roots. My toms, peppers and cukes are in the house on my windowsills.

Like Norm says- harden them off first. Forgot about that

Im in a similar position got new electric propogator which is fab and germinates seeds lot quicker but my dining room is starting to resemble a greenhouse! Role on time when they can all go into unheated plastic greenhouse and give me back my house!!

My advice, keep them warm and cosy for a while yet!!

Busy lizzies and tomatoes are tender, they need temps of at least 10c day and night

Spring onions & lettuce are more tolerant of the cold, they can go in the gh just fine
