It doesn't matter what type.
Bung some seeds in a nice wide pot on some general purpose compost.
The more the merrier.
Cover with compost and water.
A couple of weeks later, you should have a pot of seedlings about 3 inches tall.
Nip off the tops and bung into soups, rice, salads; or as a topping to pretty much any meal.
So good to have freshly picked crops at the drop of a hat.
Once you have picked the first batch, sow another. Then after 3-4 pickings from batch 1, you will have batch 2 ready to go.
