What size pots for toms?

I use my own from the dalek with a sprinkle of growmore if short of my own I use peat in MPC. Feed with miracle grow until fruit set then change to tomorite. SWMBO still as loads in the freezer which we use for spagbol and other dishes.

Hmmm these flower buckets from Morrissons, are they the ones that they keep bunches of flowers in? And do they give them away for free.....My inner womble has been aroused

Another great tip from the vine, i went to my local morrisons today and asked
the man on salad dept if they had any spare flower buckets, he looked around and found me three, he then showed me where they stack them for people to help themselves as they become available.

Same here - but thankfully only 99p for 6 or 8.

Morrisons do sell the buckets in packs but if you see the people at the cut flower department there is every chance they will give you some.
As I understand it they are non returnable `not worth the transport costs` and they can't sell them because they are second hand. Well thats what our man said when he gave me 20.
