Was I too early - now there's snow !

A week ago, I planted Beetroot, carrots, fennel, peas, spinach and some red onion sets.
We now have a very light covering of snow, and what has come down overnight seems to have frozen in the low temps.
None of the seeds are appearing yet.
Are the seeds and onion sets destined to be failures ? Should I start again ?

everything should be fine if it has not yet sprouted, even if it has I dont see much of a setback.
