    • Nothing today in the garden because of the rain, so instead I tied in my toms and pinched out their armpits.

      • ;Potted up my 72plug plant perennials that arrived today. Good job there are so tiny, OH is seriously behind schedule for getting the bed ready thanks to all the rain. I did ask why he can't lay bricks in the rain, the cement mix is wet already isn't it?

Also potted up 3 of the 7 tomato plants another very kind neighbour gave me today. Had to use the 'cape of good hope' as it was raining

        • Square foot planting again... in the rain. Came in and realised how cold my hands were. But the bed looks fab. Just waiting to eat 3 big lettuces, which will free up two more squares. Running out of ways to trick Mr Noosner into eating excess lettuce...

                    • Dug some of the allotment with a friend, looks a bit less jungle like now. Hoping weather reports of rain are wrong so we can get some more done tomorrow

                            • Today I planted my first peas, lettuce, spring onions, and spinach got so carried away have left no paths to get to any of these to pick them. Will get OH to rig up a hoist so I can hover over the beds to tend them.

                              • Carried on with demolishing the brick built raised bed at home, bagging up the bricks and taking to the tip. Potted on some chillie plants for the garden room and tied in some cucumbers.
