It is one run by Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, the CIEH, e-learning.
Their website is good.

Dug some more of the allotment, removing weeds etc. There is a whole pile of wood chip at the entrance so I spread about 5cm / 2in of that over the soil before I dig it. We have clay soil and the wood chip breaks it down a treat. The number of worms in the soil is astonishing, hope that's a sign that the soil is in good condition.

One more sack of leaves in the leaf cage.
Tidied and mulched the asparagus bed.
Strimmed the grass path at the edge of the plot.
Pulled more weeds from the area where the beans were. The comfrey will need sorting out at some stage as it is spreading.
Got very cold over there after 2.30 so came home for a hot cuppa and some chocolate.

Cleared and mucked a bed, having harvested carrots, some parsnips and beetroots. Back home to make stew.

I built a stand to hold at least 3 water butts today, bolted it to the back of my garage, the butts will be about 4ft off the ground to give me a bit of pressure. I have used water like nobodies business this year and I am dreading the bill. My area has the most expensive water in the country, it will soon be cheaper to water everything with cheap lager.photo album of my garden in my profile http://www.growfruitandveg.co.uk/gra...my+garden.html
