How much sun for peas

Hello all
I have got some Alderman peas to grow this season and was going to put in a trench alongside my garage but it only gets sun up till one o clock at the mo then is in the shade for the rest of the day would this be enough for a healthy crop or should I find a sunnier position for them .

I think you'll be OK with that, they'll be getting 6 hrs of sunlight? That should be fine

I have a row behind my dalek (total shade so far) - they are now 6" high and quite stocky looking. When they're a foot high they'll be able to see the sunshine and romp away up the fence

Mine only get full sun till lunch time and they do OK.

My patch only gets sun 11-5 and peas were great last year so Im sure you will be fine.
