    Hi All
    I'm quite new to this garden thingy, but loving every moment in my garden
    But I was looking at my broadbeans today and saw a small black spot under some of the leaves, I tried rubbing it off but nothing happend, is this normal or are my beans needing help

    It's normal! I was asking the same thing this time last year! I thought it was some sort of beastie at first, I think it's called chocolate spot -I'll double check on that though..

    Edit: nope, I was on about something else: Broad bean chocolate spot / RHS Gardening Advice

    Is it just 1 spot?

      yep just one small spot, but not on all the plants, just some
