When can i transfer.....

I have 3 tomato plants approx 4" and 3 cucumber plants the same height, on my window sill..
When will it be possible to transfer them into my greenhouse (cold).???

the tomatos will be ok in the greenhouse i have seedlings growing in mine with no heat but keep the door shut just in case
i would prefer to wait a couple of weeks to see if it warms up before transfering the cucumbers
