Two questions (to start with - I'm sure they'll breed
)...
Firstly, My tomato fertiliser spent the winter in the shed. We had sustained temperatures of around -14. When I shake the bottle summat inside rattles
. Are there likely to have been any potentially harmful changes?
(I've tried watering a few of my duplicates and separated them to keep an eye on them)
Secondly, I've always known tomato fertiliser to be 4:4:8 (5:5:10... whatever...) but the bottles I was looking at last week in Wilkinsons (both their own brand and the expensive stuff) were 10:5:10. Have they all changed the formulation or is it just those two? Seems like far too much nitrogen to me.![EEK!](https://www.growfruitandveg.co.uk/grapevine/core/images/smilies/eek.gif)
Thirdly, (
) I know they say you shouldn't feed till the first truss is setting but some of my toms have been in the same 3" pots since 18th Jan. Surely they need summat by now?
