Suffering onions.......

Apart from one or two bolting I think my onions have white rot. They are falling over with shrivelled roots. There is white mould on some of them!

Is there anything I can do about it? Or should I dig up the lot.....I have garlic and shallots in adjacent beds.

Any help appreciated......
