Personal opinion you would be pushing it if you mean the plants produce mini cumbers
For the last 2 years I have grown Baribal an all female mini variety, they climb a 7ft cane and then travel along under the roof of my green house very prolific.

Cukes need a bigger container than tomatoes. I grow them one per 15 inch pot and by the end of the season the pot is just a solid ball of roots. I have grown 2 tomatoes in a 15 inch pot though.
I've grown them one to a 10" pot but they do like more space so as others have said, give them more space
