      Not sure if it's been the same in NI, but at least here in S.Wales it's been overcast around me for the past too weeks, and a lot cooler. That's slowed my plants outside down quite a bit.

        yep the weather has been terrible here the past couple of weeks, very grey and wet! hardly anything has grown an inch!

          mine have been out in the unheated greenhouse since mid April!

            Ours are still sitting in the cold frame. Last night it was only 5C, so it's still too cold for them.

                I planted some spare chillis outside in mid April and while they have not grown they are still alive and about 2" tall. Their siblings which have been grown on in the greenhouse are now 10" tall and and are forming their first flowers.

                My advice would be to keep them inside for as long as is practical.
