Seed leaves closing up

When seed leaves start to close up does this indicate a problem?

When my courgettes germinated, the leaves stood nice and proud, but now they seem to be closing up again together. Does this indicate a problem or do some crops tend to do this?

This exactly what happened to my courgettes defener as well. I am puzzled. It looks jsut like some plants do at the night with leaves closed up. I have upgraded them to the spear bedroom window sill just in case it is not warm and bright enough. Hope someone knows why.
