Doing well, autumn planted onions, garlic and shallots; potatoes, salad leaves and strawberries and everything in the greenhouse.
Sulking - climbing frenchies - it really was too windy for them. So did a second planting in modules just over a week ago and they are romping away. Broad beans are flowering and just starting to set pods - I shall probably get to eat some in August at this rate!
Most of my stuff is doing well, even the spring onions and radish that I've struggled with before The tomatoes are flowering, but I'm sadly lacking in the chilli department because of poor germination, I even had to buy a couple of plants . But my pride and joy are my swiss chard and pak choi. Had a couple of the latter last night with a stir fry.
Mad Old Bat With Attitude.
I tried jogging, but I couldn't keep the ice in my glass.
Going well:
Strawbs, chillis, lettuces, salad leaf, herbs, courgette plants, broadies.
Going OK:
tomatoes, peas, raspberries, pepino, red currant and aubergine plants.
Terrible:
Squash, (killed by next doors cats) blueberry (only one, it has something wrong with it, waiting for an email back from company ) marrow, french beans (slugged) radishes (not growing) Beetroot (not germinating) Damson (has bad case of mealy bugs, which dont seem to be disappearing, no matter what I do to them )
Going well
Strawberries, gooseberries (massive crop this year) Chillies, Tomatoes, cues, aubergines, elephant garlic, cabbage, parsnips, Apples, Cherries.
Not so well.
Runner beans (I tried "Moonlight" this year but have just planted a couple of tray of Streamline, as Moonlight have given me worst results ever). Peas, tried them in a container, won't again. Garlic - seems a bit slow, Borlotti beans - poor show so far, they may pick up.
Plums - fourth year tree still not a flower - it'll be out next year if no sign.

First year growing most things, so no idea how they compare.
Borlottis looking very poorly though. Ditto rhubarb, broad beans poor. Some of my tomatoes looking most feeble, and I killed off my cukes and all but one chilli.
Had lots of strawberries, salads and rasps though- strawbs and rasps established plants in pots by my back door so have had a lot of water.
So jealous of most of you. Sounds like a great growing season the further south you go.
It's been really slow up here in Scotland. Well certainly my wee part of it!
Doing fairly well though:
Parsnips, potato's (extremely well in fact!), lettuce, tumshies, strawbs, apples, spinach, various herbs
Strawberries (almost finished now), shallots, broad beans, petit pois, mange tout, mizuna, turnips, Choy sum ( done)..
In greenhouse.. Choy, tomatoes, sweet pepper, chilli pepper and aubergines.
Doing very well on the garage roof:- tomatoes, chard, kale, courgettes garlic, radishes, pak choi, watercress, mangetout, salad leaves, romaine lettuce, horseradish, strawberries, spinach
Only my second year & I have taken lots of advice from this forum, I find myself dashing in here to check what to do.
Particular thanks to Colin & his container experience..my inspiration
Doing well: Onions from sets, garlic, broad beans, French Beans (Blue Lake and Cobra from Jamesyuk, diolch!), beetroot, peas, sweetcorn, butternut squash, pumpkins (these are thriving, and as all 6 germinated it looks as though I could be over-run ), Rhubarb, spring cabbage - oh, and the red leaved varieties of a pack of mixed salad leaves, as OH 'weeded out' all the green ones
Not very happy: parsnips (was overun with these last year so only sowed a few which have now dwindled to about 5 healthy ones), onions from seed (my first attempt at these and they are so miniscule I doubt they will reach maturity), early sown beetroot and carrot which had patchy germination, parsley (slugged), potatoes which for some reason aren't thriving, and courgettes which got badly battered by wind and I've resown last week.
Oh, I forgot my complete failures! Cucumbers (all germinated well, then shrivelled up their toes when they reached about 3"), Chillies (not enough sunshine and planted too late).

Reason: Adding complete failures!
Life is brief and very fragile, do that which makes you happy.
Having an awful year, really. Lettuce is doing great though, far too much. Onions doing okay I think, lots of growing to do but as I recall they were late maturing last year(from seed). Broadies and peas got frosted so are slowly recovering. Courgettes, squash and runners/frenchies got frosted(found out today) in JUNE, but may recover. Garlic bulbs are all splitting like you wouldn't believe. Potatoes are taking their sweet time. Strawberries - have 10 plants out of 2 rows marked for removal due to lack of production and some runners from last year are producing lots of leaf and runners but no flowers. Brassicas got mullered by flea beetle and slowed by drought but are getting there slowly. Leeks looking okay - still to be put in final positions. Plums and cherries frosted in May - no show Raspberries looking pathetic due to drought Goosegogs despite being frosted are still quite plentiful. Tomatoes set back due to a week indoors and lack of water when we went on hols. Some I over manured and had crap roots. Chillies reasonable.
I am having a terrific year so far... moved home in March and the new garden gets full sunshine all day... hooray!
My courgettes are doing very well, have already harvested 14 off the first plant... yummy! Pack choi is one of my new favourite things to grow, so fast and tasty! My tomatoes, beans, beetroot, spring onions & lettuces are coming along nicely, although I did lose a few lettuces due to bolting. Ditto radishes.
Broad beans were also brilliant and I haven't watered them once, not even during dry spell. I lifted some garlic yesterday so have left it to dry for a while.
I think I might actually have a glut of something this year
