I never pinch out or prune anything on my aubergines.
Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

if you can't keep them very warm, then it's probably be an idea to sideshoot them, I didn't bother with the ones in the tunnel last year, but i did do it to the ones i grew under a cloche in the garden. got about the same result from both methods, a couple or three off each plant. Having said that though, they went in late in the tunnel, and late outside.

Can't remember the name tho' but it said that three plants should be enough to feed a family of four. I have seven and there's only three of us who eat them .....here's hoping for a glutS*d the housework I have a lottie to dig

I have a couple in the greenhouse and one in the poly, all are very slow. 2nd summer up here, so still trying to find out what will grow.
Still have 4 or 5 good plants on the window sills that are just starting to flower.Sometimes you just have to scratch that itch and get dirt under your finger nails.
