Hi all,
As per usual I was a bit heavy handed on the sowing of my PSB.
Sowed direct back at end of March, and now I have a psb hedgerow about a foot high which I should have thinned earlier, but will do it this weekend.
Being a newbie I thought they'd be done by end of May due to info on the packet, but now I realise they take a year to mature.
So my question is - can I eat my thinnings at this stage (2 months old), or replant, or just compost?
Thanks
