Hi any idea what balck marks are on the tom leaves are only on the sweet million

Sorry I can't help with what causes that but I have had it before. It didn't affect the tomatoes though.

If the new leaves are healthy I wouldn't worry about it. Older leaves tend to discolour as the plant grows.

As RL says, I wouldn't worry if the newer leaves are green and healthy. The older leaves tend to be taken off when the plant fruits anyway.

this is my second year growing and had it last year. I am growing more variatys this year 6 in all and was scared it might spread. just need warm weather now or no chutney for anyone.
mmmmmmmmm chutney going to have some of last years on toast.

Not sure what it is- but those leaves aren't any use to the plants now- so I'd be cutting them out and burning them just to be sure

If you are new to growing you do worry about your 'babies' a lot more. As all the old hands have said, don't worry about it - it won't do any harm.

It could be a touch of tomato leaf mould do as the others have advised, remove and destroy the leaves and if the plants are in a green house keep it well ventilated.

Mine have that too, but only on the older leaves (and mostly the ones that got a bit of wind-burn when I first started hardening them off.) I have whipped most of them off -plant is fine and tomtoes themselves still seem glossy and full...now for them to ripen!

yup, normal, dont panic.
as long as the top growth is putting on speed, it's all going to be ok
