Blue Tomato Seedling Help

I have not got much of a green thumb so I bought a blue seedling from an online supplier it is tall and lecky and I cant seem to get it to really take hold and start thriving. it has stayed the same exact size for 2 weeks. any ideas on how to get this darn thing growing? does anyone have any larger more established blue tomato plants they would like to sell?

Firstly, where are you, and what have you done with it since you got it - a photo might help. Has it got any flowers on it - and who did you buy it from?

As zaz says .need a little more info as to what condition ist in what sieve is it what sive pot is it in.is it outside? How much are you watering it?? How much sun does it get?.
