I had 4 red razamataz off about a fortnight ago, but they seemed quite mild. Tonight I took a Lemon drop off, and it was lovely, I think it may become my favourite chilli.

I didnt eat the first Razamataz's raw, they went into a curry, but I ate one raw last night, and it was vervvy hot. The Lemon Drops, I did eat raw. The chillis were about 3" long, and just turning yellow. What to use them in depends on what you want. Today I will try one diced up small on a salad, but they generally go into currys or Chilli jam

I'm harvesting the first few cayenne peppers already - they go straight into a bag in the freezer so we can start to build up our yearly supply. Mini chillies are appearing on the razzmatazz plants with plenty of flowers on all the others. Am growing lemon drop for the first time also!come visit a garden
or read about mine www.suburbanvegplot.blogspot.com/
