  • Squashes or Triffids

    Well they seem to have grown a bit

    There are four squashes in the pic,in the foreground is a portmarrion,then two little table ace squashes.These are more of a bush variety.Then at the rear is a crown prince. There are already quite a few large fruits on each plant.

    The bed is about 18ft long by 5ft wide

                Winter squash still not taken off yet. Courgettes are doing alright though and have just germinated a second batch for a later crop.
