Whiteflies on leaves of cucumber

Hi everyone, I have just been out to the greenhouse and noticed one of my cucumber plants has tiny little whiteflies on the underneath of some of the leaves. Is there anything I can spray on which will get rid of them, has anyone any good advice on what I can use. I have tried reading up and have read that you need to buy some sort of oil, but if anyone on here has any good advice I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

I've just discovered a severe whitefly infestation on one of my chilli plants, so I'm going to try the African flour & water spray method

I have french marigolds growing underneath my tomato plants in my greenhouse and have no whitefly on my q's <preens>
