There are enough seeds in a sun flower for everyone. Mine are drying indoors, then the chickens get most of them over winter as a treat. Loads left to plant in the spring.

I know, there are loads, I nearly gave up halfway through! Probably should have done, judging by the amount of seed I have, and just from one sunflower head!
