It doesn't look much like blight to me either so you may well be OK. If it is blight it spreads very quickly so you'll soon know. Re spraying, you do indeed have to do that as a preventative thing but do you really want your fruit and veg (and the ground) covered in copper solution anyway? Personally I don't so don't spray but others disagree.

My toms have had loads of brown marks on them this year too... but they have been like this for weeks so I have ruled blight out. The fruit is delicious so far!Comment

Thanks very much guys, feel very relieved. I took alot of the foilage off, was really bushy and now should have decent air flow, plus I can see all those tomatoes!! I bought some blight preventative anyway just in case it hits in the near future, will put pictures up of how my tomatoes are doing, still very very green!
