Bolting Question

This is what I did with mine when some of it bolted due to lack of watering. It still tasted good and continued to grow new shoots but you must keep ontop of the watering. Chard doesn't like to go dry then be soaked.

I use the mature beetroot leaves like spinach, try them, you might like them
