green manures

hi all, just a quick question. does green manure re grow after it has been dug in. also what is the best one to use before a potato crop. thanks for your help all

They shouldn't re-grow but you might get the odd bit coming up.

I only tried green manures once then I thought what a waste of space so now I fill empty space with more vegetables
