Hi All,
I planted a squash plant in a deserted area of my garden, and pretty much forgot about it over the summer. It spread to quite a size, but didn't seem to have any squashes on there. I went out today to tidy up, cut the plant back, and in one of the handfuls of plant I cut off, there was a HUGE squash that I didn't even see!!
Unfortunately, although it is certainly big enough, it doesn't look quite ripe yet, still a little green around the stem end. Can I ripen it in my conservatory, or has my inattention cost me?
Thanks,
Dom
