there are loads of websites that gleaned there info about gardening from this forum and others.
It is not like gardening info can be copy-written or patented.
whats the big deal over Lisa-Maries request.
AS for info about inter cropping. There loads of books and websites on subject but most are not very good from a brief browsing of several websites on the subject.Last edited by allmark879; 10-10-2011, 11:10 PM.

the only person like to make money of inter-cropping data is an agricultural consultant.
Or some person writing gardening phone apps.
But request is bit sparse.Originally posted by allmark879 View Postthere are loads of websites that gleaned there info about gardening from this forum and others.

We've already explained that if it is coursework, then it's really not our place to write someone's dissertation for them. If it's commercial info [which happens more often than you realise] then GYO should be paid for it. If it's a project, then people want to know where that info is going.

allmark879, we have guidelines to work to on the forum, one of them is not posting asking for help with research without permission from the forum owners. Another one is that previously banned members are not permitted to re-register. So, goodbye

Hi all,
I'm really surprised at the responses.
To clarify - I am not Allmark (whoever that may be). I do not know Allmark - this is the first time I have written on this site. I am not doing research or any student project. I am not a previously banned person. I'm not looking to get information and sell it or steal it or swindle anyone.
I am someone who began gardening last year, absolutely loved it and wanted to find out more. I have started to read more about inter-cropping but realised that the information that is out there is sparse and contradictory.
The reason that I didn't put much on the original request was because I felt that if there was someone who was interested we could chat further; if no-one was interested, then I didn't want to waffle on.
Newton - you are the closest to my idea, but I really didn't want to discuss all the ins and outs on a public forum - my aim was to ask advice from people on a one-to-one basis and see if a small project I have in mind might work.
That's all.

Why does it need to be one-to-one Lisa? The whole point of this forum is that you ask questions and then get information from people who have been gardening (in some cases) for years. We all share our own experiences and gain from that. After all, if you only ask one person you will only get one answer.
